Amazon data deletion · Version 1.0 · 31 August 2026
Disconnect clearly.
Delete responsibly.
The production Amazon connection is not yet enabled. These are the controls that apply once an authorised connection exists.
Remove the local connection
The authorised owner can use the protected Amazon integration panel to disconnect the selected seller account. A fresh MFA code is required. The operation destroys the locally stored refresh token, prevents further LWA token exchange and creates an audit event without recording the token.
Revoke the Amazon authorisation
Amazon states that only the selling partner can revoke a public OAuth authorisation. In Seller Central, go to Apps and Services, choose Manage Your Apps, find EmenCore and choose Disable authorization. For a self-authorisation, use the application’s Manage Authorizations page and revoke the selected self-authorisation.
Request deletion
Email statuesworkshop@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. Include the account email and Selling Partner ID, but never send an Amazon password, access token, refresh token or one-time code. EmenCore verifies the requester and deletes eligible Amazon Information without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days.
Required retention
Information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security or accounting obligations is isolated, access-restricted and deleted when the obligation ends. Minimal audit evidence may be retained to demonstrate that the request and disconnection were handled.
Confirmation
Completion is confirmed to the verified requester. Questions may be sent to statuesworkshop@gmail.com.
